Terms
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Draft: to be reviewed by a lawyer. This is placeholder wording written to describe what we intend to do. It has not been checked by a solicitor and should not be relied on as a legal document.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the sircl.uk website and to joining the Sircl early-access list. They do not cover use of the Sircl product. That will have its own agreement, which we will put in front of you before you use it.
Sircl is in development
Everything on this website describes software we are building, not software you can buy today. Features described may change, be delayed, or not ship at all. Anything we have marked as planned is an intention, not a commitment. Joining the early-access list does not give you a right to the product, a place in any particular release, or a guaranteed price.
The early-access list
Joining is free, and you can leave at any time by replying to any email we send you. We may contact you about Sircl, what we are building, when it is ready, and occasionally to ask you a question about your work.
If we announce founding-member pricing for early-access members, we will set out what it involves at the time. Until then there is no price, and so nothing to be bound by.
Using this website
Please do not:
- submit someone else’s details, or details you have no right to give us;
- attempt to disrupt the site, or to access any part of it you were not given access to;
- scrape, copy or republish the site’s content for a competing commercial purpose.

No warranty, and our liability
This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we do not accept liability for any loss arising from your reliance on information published here while Sircl is in development.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. To be confirmed on incorporation.
